Located in South East Austin

My shop is located near the old Austin Biofuels headquarters in South East Austin, TX at 
10012 Old Lockhart Rd., That's 78747.  I'm in space 5A which happens to be the only building on the left hand side of the property as you approach from the driveway. 

From central Austin: 
-Drive down I-35 South (Watch out for HILL TRAFFIC!!!).  
-Take exit #227 which is Slaughter Ln. 
-Turn left on Slaughter and follow it all the way until it T-bones into Old Lockhart.  
-Then turn right and go precisely 7/10's of a mile. 
You will see the sign for 10012 on the right just passed Bradshaw Rd.  Look for LISA'S BODY SHOP and a smaller "Meyerhoff 5A" sign on the marqee.  Thats my property.  Turn in there and look for the larger "Meyerhoff auto haus" sign at building 5A.  
Also, whenever I arrive at my shop, my Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) gauge reads above 450* F.  There is a long, somewhat mellow hill approaching the shop but it does heat things up.  When you arrive, let your car run for about 30 seconds before shutting it down to avoid coking the turbo bearing.
